- Quiet Hour: It is quiet time from Sunday through Thursday after 10:30 PM and on Friday and Saturday after 12:00 AM. Excessive loud noises and profanity will not be tolerated. During quiet time, radios and stereos must be turned off and no playing of instruments. Violation of this regulation may result in the cancellation of this Agreement. The campground has a zero-tolerance policy.
- Fireworks: Neither the Lessee nor their guests are permitted to set off fireworks within the campground.
- Motorized or Electric Vehicles: A Lessee with a valid provincial registered handicap card and/or medical paperwork can operate their own electric golf carts and the Lessee shall not permit any other persons to use their golf cart. The Lessee using the golf cart must have a valid driver’s license. Golf carts are to be driven on the roads only within posted speed limits and within the driving regulations of the campground. Speed limit is 10 KM/H. ATVs are allowed to be driven from your Site to the entrance for leaving the campground. Other vehicles may be permitted at the Lessee’s discretion. No washing of any type of vehicle or trailer in the campground without permission. Golf carts cannot be sold in the campground to another Lessee without permission from Lessor. All golf cards are to be parked at the Lessee’s assigned Site by sundown. Golf carts are not permitted to be driven in the campground after dark for safety concerns. A Lessee using a golf cart or ATV must have proof of insurance. Only two (2) people on a golf cart at any time.
- Children: Your children are to be on their Site by 10:00 PM each evening. After 10:00 PM, all children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are responsible for their children. All children 18 and under must be on their lot by 10:00 PM unless they are accompanied by their parent(s). If children are riding bicycles, they must wear a bicycle helmet.
- Utilities: No digging is permitted on any Site without the consent of the Lessor as there may be water lines and power lines below the surface. Remember to shut off water lines when leaving for extended periods of time. The Lessee must have permission by the Lessor on every occasion before using water for watering gardens, washing cars, trucks, trailers, golf carts or ATVs, etc. Please conserve water. Power bills for each site are due seven (7) days after issuance. If they are not paid at this time, power will be disconnected. The Lessor is not responsible for loss of perishable contents.
- Entrance/Exit Gates: Gates are closed at 9:00 PM and remain closed until 7:00 AM. Visitors are to park outside the gates by 9:00 PM. No new visitors after 8:00 PM. No loitering at the office. Loud vehicles are not permitted to be driven throughout the campground after quiet time. Do not loan out your golf cart to any persons. No loitering at the playground after dark.
- Garbage bins and dumpsters: The garbage bins and dumpsters are for the campground garbage only. Appliances/BBQs/couches, lawn chairs, etc. are your responsibility to remove. Clear garbage bags only. The Lessee shall abide by the campground composting and recycling regulations. Registered Campers are responsible for the removal of their garbage. Dumpsters, recycling and compost bins are located at the front entrance. Please separate cardboard, glass, plastics, pop/beer cans and glass bottles. Take plastic lids off of bottles and rinse food cans before recycling.
- Firewood: The campground supplies pellet firewood to you at a charge. Firewood can be brought into the park for burning purposes. Do not burn pressure treated/painted wood or wood containing nails, staples, etc., under no circumstances will this action be permitted. All tree lots must have a fire hose.
- Absolutely no mud sliders allowed into the park.
- Check in Time is at 2:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
- Campfires to be held in designated areas only. Do not move fire pits. Do not burn garbage. Do not toss burning cigarettes.
- Please respect the trees, and defacing of the campground property will not be tolerated.
- Restrooms: Please keep our restrooms clean. No smoking or vaping in the washrooms. Report any problems to management as soon as possible.
- Please respect your fellow campers. Do not cut through other Sites. Please respect all wildlife in the park. The frog population has been suspiciously decreasing.
